Coreline Plant & Machinery advertises a 3-year comprehensive warranty with its new Coreline machinery. This page is a general overview; the warranty document supplied or agreed for your machine contains the applicable coverage, conditions, exclusions, and claim process.
What to check before purchase
Warranty cover can depend on the machine, its condition, date of supply, use, maintenance, and the terms issued with the sale. Before ordering, ask us to confirm the warranty period and the written terms that apply to the specific machine you are considering.
Looking after your machine
Follow the operating, maintenance, inspection, and service instructions supplied with your machine. Keep service records and contact us promptly if you notice a fault. Continuing to operate a machine with a suspected fault may cause further damage or affect a warranty assessment.
Requesting warranty support
Contact us with your name, machine model, serial or identification number, purchase details, a description of the issue, and any relevant photographs or service records. We will explain the next steps under the warranty terms for your machine.
